All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your package has been dispatched from our facility.

Shipping Rates and Tracking

Lost or Damaged Shipments
FitHome is not liable for items lost or damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact the shipping carrier directly to file an official claim.
