Fast delivery to Ukraine via Ukrposhta. The roller is quite hard, durable. The foam on it is hard, large, and quite noticeable. It's good for massaging large areas of muscle. Smaller areas, like the shoulder, hurt me to massage with it (but this is individual). The material is something like foam, but very dense.
